» Admitted in the profession the chartered accountants according to the forms and the statutory conditions aforesaid ;

» Promulgate any regulation necessary for the fulfillment of his mission and establish the code of the professional duties enforced by the government.

» Assure the defence of the material and moral interests of the profession of chartered accountant, possibly in front of the jurisdictions.

» Organize and manage works of co-operation, healthcare and insurance of its members as well as retirement.

» Represent the profession of chartered accountant with the Administration to which he gives his opinion on all the questions addressed to him, and with organizations or international organisms with similar goals to those he is assigned by law.

» The association performs its functions through a national council, regional councils , and their respective presidents.
