The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Tunisia is a professional organization established in 1983 with the personality grouping professionals authorized to practice as a chartered accountant.
The Order is administered by a board whose headquarters are in Tunis.
It is under the Ministry of Finance.
The Ministry of Finance is represented, from the Order by a Commissioner appointed by Government decree.
The College's mission:
To ensure normal functioning of the profession of chartered accountant
To work to enforce the rules and obligations of the profession,
To defend the honor and independence of the profession.
